TOAD: Dec. 21st - 25th

TOAD: Dec. 21st, 2007: I really liked the very defined line the leaves were making with this one.
TOAD: Dec. 22nd, 2007: For the first time we went to, Geido, the sushi place a stone’s throw from our place and really enjoyed it. They had a few great personal touches that they added to the food as you can see by the way some of the sashimi is presented above. The decor was very informal - tons of random drawings on the wall, specials displayed on construction paper, etc. - giving it a very Japanese Market-y feel (a la Angel Share restaurant). The only gripe we had was that the lights were turned up a little high.
TOAD: Dec. 23rd, 2007: I love imaging the story of a once angsty and disgruntled teenager who’d finally gotten tired of pouting about all the time and decided to move on from their first band.
TOAD: Dec. 24th, 2007: Karen made one of my favorites on Christmas eve - homemade chocolate-covered pretzels!
TOAD: Dec. 25th, 2007: We recently bought 3 Scott Hansen prints (check out his blog + awesome work) and my mother got them framed for us for Christmas. This print reminds us of the people we have close to us and that seems as good a thing as any to post on Christmas Day.
