TOAD Catchup: Oct. 28th - Nov. 12th

It has been an exceptionally hectic time at work so I’m falling behind more than I ever have with the blog + photos. Here’s a quick run through the past few weeks. Once things calm down a bit, we’ll get together a post on our experience running the Marathon (we finished in 4 hours and 33 minutes and were sore until the following Thursday!). TOAD: Oct. 28th, 2007: In case there was any doubt.

TOAD: Oct. 29th, 2007: Just like the lighting on this one alot.

TOAD: Oct. 30th, 2007: This was the first day that really felt like Fall to me.

TOAD: Oct. 31st, 2007: This Halloween will be remembered as the one where Karen and I discovered the Take 5 candy bar: chocolate + pretzel + caramel = come on!

TOAD: Nov. 1st, 2007: Another one of those pictures that is made by the time of day it was taken, which also happens to be my favorite time to shoot.

TOAD: Nov. 2nd, 2007: Neat display outside of the Fuse building near Madison Square Garden.

TOAD: Nov. 3rd, 2007: Street art in our neighborhood.

TOAD: Nov 4th, 2007: This is just a taste. A whole Marathon post will follow, complete with pics I snapped during the race with a disposable camera. (Big thanks to the UPS guy for taking this one.)

TOAD: Nov. 5th, 2007: Sasha enjoys our spoils.

TOAD: Nov. 6th, 2007: I found it particularly odd that there were guitars blocking entry as well as some guitars propped up in the chairs as though they were conversing late into the night, and weren’t going to let anyone interrupt them.

TOAD: Nov. 7th, 2007: The view out of my window at work. I love the Kubrickian cube.

TOAD: Nov. 9th, 2007: This ATM seems so out of place. I originally thought someone had stolen it and just ditched it on the side of the street. I confirmed it is functional as you can see the extension cord going into the grate beside it.
