Kota’s 1 year old!

This was a weekend of multiple birthdays and before we got to Micah’s , we were out on Long Island to celebrate our nephew Kota’s 1st birthday. Jeff, Chieko and The B’s really put together a stellar day.
First off, there was an inflatable water slide and a badminton court setup.
The culinary spread was outstanding. Steak, lobster, brats, corn, salad, spinach dip (in a loaf of pumpernickle, which I highly recommend)
There were so many lobsters, they were transported in a sack.
Look at how great they look when its time to get eaten.
Ryan was denied another Lipton Ice Tea and he turned into Mr. Furioso, sulking up on the stairs.
When the big moment came, Kota was ready. Got some cake on the face in the process but he wore it well. (Soon after he feel asleep and his cousins got to open some of his presents!)
That would be these guys, Ryan and Patrick…
… who later played a little Godzilla (that’s what I call this activity)…
… and then Ryan got tossed around in every direction, loving every minute of it.
