North Slope Classic BBQ

Ok… we’re WAY behind on these so I’m just going to get the up there. So as you know we moved to a new apartment back in July and a few weeks later we had a BBQ to answer the following question: Is the North Slope is as good a place to have a BBQ as the South Slope? These are the photos from that day (and the answer is “Yes”)
Luckily, Bacardi has a little video on their site that shows you how to make mojitos.
The crowd settled around the table out back.
If its any indication of what kind of rager it was, Kota felt it necessary to take his shirt of. Matt couldn’t be far behind.

Gabe has an obsession with eating pasta salad from a cup.

A game of punch-for-punch erupted. I’m still waiting to get the photos of Matt’s arm the next day.
To round off the evening we headed over to Brownstone billiards where the following things happened: Matt trounced everyone in Ping Pong as he had promised, we unsuccessfully attempted to set up a complicated Team Ping Pong Tournament Bracket (for the record, I think our team won), Mat karate chopped a glass across the room and collaterally injured Sara.

PS: I know I’ve been behind on a bunch of stuff lately so my goal is to just get it out there, get caught up and then figure out a system to be more punctual moving forward.
