Go to the gym or fire up your Wii?

This guy is looking for the answer. He’s going to do 30 minutes a day of Wii Sports for six weeks and track the following metrics (Weight, BMI, Heart Rate (at rest), Body fat, Pain/Soreness and more) to see what effect his training regimen has. This is not Rocky hauling carcasses across Siberia but it is certainly interesting enough to follow.
