I’m a bitch

Today I received a work related email from someone I have never met. At the bottom of her email she had her work signature (an assistant to a Chair), followed by… wait for it… a link to her myspace profile. As any curious person (interchangeable with the word stalker) would do, I clicked on it. When her profile launched, so did Meredith Brook’s “Bitch” as her background music.

Is it a new phenomenon to link your social software profiles to your work profile?

    it’s SUCH a bad idea to add your myspace profile to business email. even if your profile is pretty tame, and mine certainly is. i might as well add a flickr badge from all the bachelor parties iv’e ever been to and embed it in all my emails. or i could just write a the end of the message: “i’m drunk right now!! LOL!!!” i bet people would love that.
