Neti Pots

I have never noticed having allergies before in my life, but this Spring has been a horrific season for allergies for me. Last year NYC was ranked as the 88th worst city to live in for allergy sufferers, this year it is 11th! I have been so congested, I have been sleeping with my mouth open all night and waking with a dry waffle for a tongue in the morning. HOT. But you know what’s hotter than that? Neti pots. That’s right. I’ve heard people swear by these little salt water filled magic lamps, but I had never tried one until this week. I gave it a try and I am still not convinced it works very well and it just feels like doing a back flip in the pool, but you have to check out this sweet web header on a site that sells the Neti pot:
